Linking to bug reports in savannah.gnu.org doesn't work

Bug Description

Using "also affects project" with savannah.gnu.org urls (e.g. https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=20413) gets the helpful "Launchpad doesn't know what kind of bug tracker this URL is pointing at" error.

iirc savannah is a sourceforge clone using the same software, so maybe it's not too much effort to enable this?

It looks fairly similar, so it shouldn't be too big a job. However, this should only happen when https://blueprints.launchpad.net/malone/+spec/continuous-bug-watch-checking has been completed, since otherwise we could potentially end up hammering the remote server.
