@Thaddäus sorry, Ubuntu Kylin do not install libxfce4ui, it's my fault.
when I found this bug and search it in launchpad and found some similar bug in this libxfce4ui project, so I file a bug.
now I really don't know where submit bug？

Thanks for your prompt response. The current target libxfce4ui is part of the Xfce desktop environment. So, let me reassign the bug to the Ubuntu Kylin project.
