gtk-window-decorator doesn't decorate!

Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz-gtk

Starting compiz either manually or via Ubuntu's menu's does not give me window decorations (actually, this has always been with Ubuntu, although I'm not on Gusty's beta). This is with nvidia's old or new drivers. Oddly enough, when I test compiz-fusion, it works fine (when in /usr/local). I do not beleive this is a duplicate of bug #88589 as that fix did not fix it for me.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Hardy Heron. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. I can't test the issue on the liveCD because of my nVidia card.
