Bug Description

Binary package hint: kaffeine

Kaffeine used to open DVD ISO files and play them as a regular DVD or video file. This has stopped functioning; I now get an error which reads:

  The source can't be read.
Maybe you don't have enough rights for this, or source doesn't contain data (e.g: no disc in drive).

And another error which reads:

No plugin found to handle this resource

This is a fairly recent function of Kaffeine's and it worked (required Opening the ISO file from the File -> Open menu), but has seemed to regress to not functioning. Please fix it!

Thanks!!

Hi lefty.crupps,

please tell us, if this is exactly the same problem as described in #156660
If so it is a duplicate and I will mark it as such.

Thanks for reporting!
