Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

With my intel card totem (with gstreamer) takes all the memory of the system if i play a music file (mp3, ogg etc.).
In a second the system become too slow to respond and the only solution is reboot. The only way to stop this is to kill totem before it's too late. Videos work ok.
This happens with ubuntu Gutsy. Feisty was ok.
Tested with i810 drivers, with and without desktop effects (compiz).

I think I've found something more. The problem appears to be caused by totem visual effects, enabled by default when you play music. Disabling them from totem preferences makes the music playable again.
