Bug Description
Binary package hint: unattended-upgrades
the unattended-upgrades documentation found at:
/usr/share/
refers to the /etc/apt/apt.conf file, which does not exist on gutsy tribe 5. It is not clear if this shouldn't exist and should be created to follow the documentation instructions or if this is a validly missing file.

It looks like similar configuration files are kept in '/etc/apt/ apt.conf. d/' and that a single apt.conf file is not used in Ubuntu. However there is not any information about this in the man for apt.conf either.
