Login background in Xubuntu should not be Brown by default

Bug Description
Binary package hint: xfce4-artwork
when you login to Xubuntu, in one moment before displaying background picture and user
interface, it shows Brown background, like it is default gnome, not Xfce.. ;(
It should display no background picture before xfce desktop
or background should be in some light blue color, corresponding to xubuntu look&feel.
