Bug Description

Binary package hint: xfce4-panel

Keystroke arrow(down) does not work in "Run program" dialog when you type
ALT+F2 to run a program and want to call previous typed commands.
Xubuntu Gutsy (7.10) Tribe5 amd64, with all updates including 2009-09-19.

Up arrow works and scroll through commands but not down arrow
that is much commonly used.

Down arrow in "Run program" (Alt+F2) dialog should work.
