OpenOffice applications does not open Blank documents on start

Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
When starting open office as unprivileged user,
Open office applications (word processor, calc etc)
applications do not open blank (empty) document as default, but
it is not open new document at all.
OOo applications should open New empty documents on start.
Calc should open spreadsheet, Writer empty document.. etc.
