Disable All in Global Setup in Skim doesn't work

Bug Description
Binary package hint: skim
In the Configuration of Skim, section GLOBAL Setup of IMEngines.
The button Disable All doesn't work at all.

Confirming on Kubuntu Hardy. On my system it merely unchecks the first item in the keyboard tree.
