Error in dpkg

Bug Description

When running update manager, appears following error on installing updates phase:
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.
apt-get don't working too.

Thank you for your bug report. Did you run "sudo dpkg --configure -a" ?

Yes ofcourse and it says that libgnomecanvas can not be configured because
libgnomecanvas-common is not installed. And so about gnome-power-manager
because libgnomecanvas-common is not configured yet.

It is output(its in russian, sorry for it):
neg@neg-desktop:~$ sudo dpkg --configure -a
[sudo] password for neg:
dpkg: зависимости пакетов не позволяют настроить пакет libgnomecanvas2-0:
 libgnomecanvas2-0 зависит от libgnomecanvas2-common (>= 2.20), однако:
  Пакет libgnomecanvas2-common не установлен.
 libgnomecanvas2-0 зависит от libgnomecanvas2-common (<< 2.21), однако:
  Пакет libgnomecanvas2-common не установлен.
dpkg: не удалось обработать параметр libgnomecanvas2-0 (--configure):
 проблемы зависимостей -- оставляем не настроенным
dpkg: зависимости пакетов не позволяют настроить пакет gnome-power-manager:
 gnome-power-manager зависит от libgnomecanvas2-0 (>= 2.19.1), однако:
  Пакет libgnomecanvas2-0 пока не настроен.
dpkg: не удалось обработать параметр gnome-power-manager (--configure):
 проблемы зависимостей -- оставляем не настроенным
При обработке следующих пакетов произошли ошибки:
 libgnomecanvas2-0
 gnome-power-manager
