Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
It comes up the minute I load anything and it's at the top of the screen, can't close it, can't move it... notihing. I run dual screens and it's on the main screen; It renders the screen totally unusable. Won't go away and I can't close it. Been doing this for quite a while now; was hoping it would be takin care of before release....
