black tooltips

Bug Description

In Gutsy Gibbon I get black tooltips boxes everywhere.
I can't take a screenshot because the tooltips hide themselves when about to take the screenie.

hi all - not sure how this happened, but turns out the problem is that the tooltip background had been changed to black in the Appearance Preference application (Theme->Customise...->Colours)

I'm also getting this problem, I fixed it using theme::customize::colors as suggested above though.
