Command line 'mozilla-thunderbird' should be replaced with 'thunderbird'

Bug Description

On the 'Send and receive emails' page (under Internet Applications), the command line method for running Thunderbird shows the the program name used by feisty - it need to be updated to just 'thunderbird' for gutsy.

The attached patch also uses the "proper" package name rathe than the transitional package, and updates the menu entity.

Thanks for the patch. I've just converted it to .diff for simplicity. That way, it'll open in gedit and not in Firefox
