as per discussion here:

I'd like to propose a feature: option to switch middle and right mouse buttons behaviour, leading to functionality similar to PuTTY and other similar tools; allowing copy by select - paste by rightclick usage
The 'Copy on selection' functionality is already present as non-default option. I propose supplementing with non-default option of 'Paste on right-click (middle-click context menu)' option.
