Bug Description

Whenever I boot into the linux kernel 3.18.0-13, almost as soon as my WiFi connects to a network, I get a kernel panic. This bug has been found and worked around in the arch linux forums [ https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=192287&p=6 ].

I am using a broadcom bcm4312 network controller through driver source provided by bcmwl-kernel-source 60.30.223.248+bdcom in Ubuntu amd64 15.04.

A workaround seems to be to use the b43 driver, which now supports the 4312 network controller. Please check [1] to confirm your device is supported by any of the opensource b43 drivers family before proceeding.
