Bug Description

Using 15.04 (kubuntu amd64) I am unable to use ubuntu-bug.

i.e

    from PyQt5 uic
                 ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

seeing as its the devel versio the bug-reporting tool is of fairly high importance.
