Bug Description
Binary package hint: deluge-torrent
Clicked icon, Deluge started, and then just disappeared, several times. Finally, it stayed open, and running. Now, fully freezes up, when trying to download and install any of the block lists for either peer guardian, peer safe, or e-mule. Can not download or install block list at all. Renders Deluge unusable, because freezes. Can not access the plug in for block list now, along with the preferences is not unaccessible (greyed out). Also, can not adjust speed per torrent. If you try to throttle a torrent back, the entire torrent goes to 0 kbs, no matter what speed you try to set it at.
