Bug Description

This is kind of simple, but it took me some time to make it work. I am using:
1.- ATI RdeonVideo card:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV530LE [Radeon X1600/X1650 PRO]
01:00.1 Display controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV530LE [Radeon X1650 PRO] (Secondary)
Connected to the tv by the HDMI/DVI port+cable
2.- Display: Samsung LN32R71B LCD TV as the ONLY display, which is suppose to operate at 1360x768@60Hz maximum.
During the installation process, the default screen runs at 1024x640, but after booting for the first time it when to 1920x1080i@60Hz, YES, believed or not that was a problem because the menus (top and bottom) weren't visible. I had to modify the xorg.conf fiel and add the 1360x768 and 60 in the listed options:
Section monitor
  modeline "1360x768@60" 60.0 1024 1048 1184 1360 768 768 768 768 -vsync -hsync
Section screen
   Modes "640x480@60" "800x600@56" "800x600@60" "1024x768@60" "1360x768@60"

It is finally working, but it woulb be great if you include this modes under the generic version when chosing in screen and graphics (by the way the title of the windows is still in English (I am running the Spanish version)

The 18 month support period for Gutsy Gibbon 7.10 has reached its end of life -

linux-backports-modules-2.6.22 task. It would be helpful if you could test the
new Jaunty Jackalope 9.04 release and confirm if this issue remains -
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/releasenotes/904overview. If the issue still exists with the Jaunty
release, please update this report by changing the Status of the "linux (Ubuntu)"
