Bug Description

Binary package hint: xmms

xmms use at default settings the folder ~/.xmms/Skins at skins directory, but it should be ~/.xmms/Skins **and** /usr/share/Skins to resolve a problem with the package xmms-skins and shared skins ...

xmms-skins package installs skins in /usr/share/xmms/Skins. This directory should be added to the "default place to look for skins" not /usr/share/Skins

It would be also nice if xmms-skins package would be a dependency for xmms :)

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately xmms was removed since Ubuntu 8.04 "Hardy Heron" because it was unmaintained. xmms-skins was removed too because it is useless without xmms. So we will not fix your bug. You can use audacious instead. It is an fork of xmms and is actively developed.
