Bug Description

Strigi takes 100% of CPU on restart. When killed via htop, Strigi will not restart via the Strigi Konqueror interface. It tries to start, then goes back to "start daemon". Not sure if this is because the daemon cannot restart, or if it is a problem with the interface.

Looks like a duplicate of high priority bug# 128876 (remembering that only a few people in this bug report strigi actually crashing)
