Bug Description

When accessing my Windows (NTFS) partition, i can't see folders with accents (my language is French). I use Kubuntu Gutsy.It happens with Dolphin, Konqueror and so on. This is solved by installing ntfs-config and activating writing in ntfs disks...

This is an Ubuntu boot time problem which is, afaik, solved in ubuntu 7.10. More info:
