Steps to reproduce:
* enable a count down timer in either video or photo mode
* dismiss settings
* hold the device in landscape mode
* the shutter button and mode buttons rotate
* hit shutter
Expected result:
- Count down timer is displayed in landscape to be consistent
Actual result:
- Timer text is displayed portrait
