Bug Description
Im using the LiveCD 25.2/9/7 for 32bit x86 on Ubuntu. The bug replicates on each attempt for my system. To replicate:
1. Boot livecd
2. Select install
3. Get to selecting user location and move the mouse over the forward button
4. Select left mouse button to forward but do not move mouse from button
5. Observe on the keyboard preference screen left mouse clicks of the forward button do not work because the button is not active
6. User has to move away from mouseover forward button and come back to activate the forward button
