Bug Description

Right now ubuntu-deskop pulls in gstreamer0.10-alsa, -plugins-base-apps, -pulseaudio. That seems to mostly be to enable pidgin (and the telepath relatedy part). Pidgin fixes will likely land this cycle - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pidgin/+bug/1295207 (see upstream) and dropping them off of the various -meta images would let us start testing if anything else will break prior to fully removing gstreamer0.10.

Only do this for 15.10.

Trivial patch to drop it.

The pidgin changes just landed so it really shouldn't be needed now.
