We should be releasing Debian packages for Storm using Launchpad's PPA
service.

The attached branch adds Debian packaging files. I'm currently
testing package building with PPA and will do full installation
testing of the packages. In the meantime, the code is unlikely to
change so I figured it wouldn't hurt to put it up for review.

Okay, this is finally working. Note that the Debian packaging files
are specifically setup for building with AutoPPA [0]. You can test my
sample builds by adding the following deb lines to your
/etc/apt/sources.list:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/jkakar/ubuntu gutsy universe
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/jkakar/ubuntu gutsy universe

Replace 'gutsy' with the appropriate Ubuntu release for your system.
Then run:

apt-get update
apt-get install python-storm

When this has gone through review I'll build an official release using
the Storm Team's PPA.
