Bug Description

Doesn't seem MAAS is telling rsyslog to reopen maas.log after it has been rotated.

Seems that:

 postrotate
  reload rsyslog >/dev/null 2>&1 || true
 endscript

or something like it is missing from debian/maas-common.logrotate.

So i did a fressh maas install and I discovered something very interesting:

1. Nothing is logging to maas.log
2. The system is logging to /var/log/syslog.1 instead of /var/log/syslog.log

So, given that the system is logging to /var/log/syslog.1 instead, this is probably the same reason why MAAS is logging into maas.log.1. That being said, I don't think it is an issue with MAAS, but rather, something got screwed with syslog.
