Bug Description
On Xubuntu:
Using Deluge bittorrent, I noticed that it stopped downloading, and all other apps seemed to stop functioning. I attempted to fix it with a Ctrl + Alt + Backspace, when it alerted me that It can't log in, possibly full disk.
So I restarted into repair mode, deleted some of my documents, and rebooted.
Maybe the Kernel should watch for over-filling the disk???
Maybe its just Deluge???
