tzdata instalation problem

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

upgrading to Gutsy Gibbon beta, I get:
E: tzdata: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 10
E: util-linux: dependency problems - leaving unconfigured

and that cascades the problem to other packages like sun-java6

I had this, as well as dozens of other bugs when updating from feisty to gutsy. After some googling, I found this:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tzdata/+bug/116193

Apparently this was a problem with upgrading to feisty as well. The instructions for changing the time zone worked like a charm.
