[Gutsy] Strage list behavior in Add buddy->New person dialog

Bug Description

Binary package hint: pidgin

1. Go to Buddies->Add Buddy...
2. Click on New Person button.
3. Click on Group list.
4. The list appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen!

I attach an screenshot to illustrate the problem.

I am unable to reproduce this bug. The screen I have for adding buddies is different from yours. you seem to be using an older version of pidgin as the version currently used in GUTSY is 1:2.2.1-1ubuntu4.1.

please check the version installed on your system (1:2.2.0-1ubuntu1?)

I am marking this bug as Incomplete, once you submit the needed information make sure you change the status back to new. we thank you very much for helping.

yes, it also puzzled me a lot.
so I disabled the plugin of evolution integration, then "add buddy" works fine

I am using pidgin 2.6.1 on ubuntu 9.04, I think it is the problem of evolution integration
