arch and fedora use mlocate by default

Bug Description

the database file is at: /var/lib/mlocate/mlocate.db
catfish is looking for it in: /var/lib/locate/locate.db
see downstream for patch

notes:
1. there is no /var/lib/locate
2. normal user doesn't have permission to read /var/lib/mlocate

i didn't create the patch, it was created by Pantelis Panayiotou (plp)
tbh, i find the patch lacking cause:

1: it doesn't check /var/lib/locate/locate.db (just in case the distro use locate instead of mlocate)
2: it always show "Updated: Unknown" for non root, it should request for "administrative rights" when opening the "update search index" and change the button's text "unlock" to "update"
