"Quit" launcher app menu item not translated

Test case.
- Flash the phone.
- Switch to Spanish.
- Complete the installation wizard and gesture tutorial.
- Open the Launcher.
- Long tap on an app.

Expected result.
- All items in the menu should be translated.

Actual result.
- "Quit" is not translated.

String is marked for translation, but it is not available in Launchpad.
