Bug Description
tzconfig which was part of base/libc6 in feisty is not included anymore in gutsy libc6-2.
You have searched for tzconfig in gutsy, architecture i386.
Can't find that file, at least not in that distribution and on that architecture.

The functionality of tzconfig is provided in gutsy by 'tzselect' (for viewing the available zones, supplied by libc6) and 'dpkg-reconfigure tzdata' for making changes to the system's timezone setting.
