Bug Description
When installing OpenLP 2.1.6, using the Windows installer, it suggests the start menu folder "OpenLP 2.0.4".
This should be "OpenLP 2" or something like that instead.

I think the issue is that the installer re-uses the menu-folder that was used by earlier OpenLP installations (in your case 2.0.4).
So if possible it should use the current version number - or perhaps just plain "OpenLP"?
