Bug Description

Binary package hint: apt-build

I attempted to install it through Adept Manager; 3 other apps it depended on were also in the installation queue. They were libappconfig-perl, libapt-pkg-perl, & devscripts.

I cannot find anything in your attached DpkgTerminalLog.gz about "apt-build".

Please try "sudo apt-get install apt-build" on the command line (in a terminal) and paste the output here.

Well, it worked this time; could it have been due to a recent update?

I'm not sure, but there's no hint that it was really apt-build that failed.
I'm closing this as "Invalid", feel free to re-open it if I should have misunderstood anything.
