[gutsy] can't print landscape calendar

Bug Description
Binary package hint: evolution
ii evolution 2.12.0-0ubuntu4 groupware suite with mail client and organizer
with current version, I can't print landscape calendars, as the PageSetup get's reset to portrait mode when entering "Print" dialog;
e.g. from calendar month view:
1. File->Page Setup: set Orientation=
2. File->Print Preview: shows proper landscape layout as expected
3. File->Page Setup: checking that Orientation is still set to landscape (it is)
4. File->Print->select "Print To File" printer
5. File->Print Preview: shows portrait landscape! :-(
6. File->Page Setup: ...Orientation was reset to portrait mode! :-(
