Bug Description
Whenever I connect to my Sandisk Sansa e250 player with libmtp6 0.2.1-0ubuntu3 (on amd64) it instantly allocates about 500mb memory (exactly 490392kB according to pmap). Disconnecting frees about 100mb, and reconnecting uses another 500mb. The problem occurs with any frontend/player, such as Amarok and Rhythmbox, and it didn't show this behaviour on Feisty. Using current libmtp cvs fixes the issue (no noticeable memory overhead when connecting to the player).
