Bug Description
compiz desktop slowed down after upgrading to 0.6.0+git200710
yesterday, my desktop was normal.
now, windows move very slow, window resize very slow,
some images and text, some menu texts, like "show desktop icon" are not shown properly, random pixels shown instead..
all windows and desktop elements flickr..
i just updated my ubuntu system using update manager.
i use ubuntu 7.10beta, on hp nc8430 notebook.
my vga card is ati radeon x1600,

one additional note:
i was also using 3d desktop yesterday,
now, it is not functioning..
when i try to enable in system-
error occurs: "desktop effects cannot be enabled.."
