Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. What do you mean by on the 2nd install? What test case can we use for trying to recreate this bug? Thanks in advance.

We are closing this bug report as it lacks the information, described in the previous comments, we need to investigate the problem further. However, please reopen it if you can give us the missing information and feel free to submit bug reports in the future.

Looking at the bug report further it looks like you may have chosen the username 'audio' for your user. This is not a valid username though and that may be why the installer crashed.
