Every Third Time I Login, I get Errors for Items on Panel

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xorg

This has been a problem for a while for me, but it seems that every third time I log in, I get several dialog boxes that popup saying that an item on the panel encountered an unexpected error and give you the options to Delete or Don't Delete the item. After clicking "Don't Delete" for all the dialog boxes, those items do not appear on the panel. These items include the Users menu (fast user switching), the weather report item, deskbar-applet, application launchers, and other items. Logging out and logging back in shows these items again.

Environment
---------------------
Ubuntu Gusty Beta (all updates installed)
Compiz Fusion with XGL
Intel Pentium D (running x86)
ATI Radeon X850 Platinum Edition
