Invalid .dsc file generated

I copied this link into the clipboard: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/9823205/auctex_11.83-7ubuntu1.dsc

When I ran "dget" from the command line with this URL as an argument, it gave me the following error.

curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404
dget: curl auctex_11.83.orig.tar.gz http://launchpadlibrarian.net/9823205/auctex_11.83.orig.tar.gz failed

I notice, however, that there is a valid link to that file on the first page I mentioned, but it is different than the one in the .dsc file.
