Static IP address not set during install

Bug Description

During the installation of a secondary backend, or a frontend, the IP address doesn't matter that much, and leaving it as DHCP is acceptable. During the installation of a primary backend though, many things are dependent upon the IP address being static, and thus it should be able to be set to static during the installation.

The cause of this bug is a failure to insert the "auto eth0" line into /etc/network/interfaces. The rest of the file is correct.

I can confirm this was related to a bug in NetworkManager and has since been resolved.
