Need to simplify graphics and screen options

Gutsy has great gui utils to manage the options for screen and graphics. However, it would be a good time to merge the many different tools below into as few tools as possible to make it easier to change a setting. I find that I am going to several tools to find the location of an option. For the nVidia settings, if it's loaded, it could appear as a new tab in some central utility. Here are the current tools:
