evolution file name attachment problem

Bug Description
I have a problem with evolution on my ubuntu feisty. I believe I'm using
the current updated version 2.10.1. The problem is when I save attached
file from my Inbox and the file name originally has a space on it, what
happens is, it will replace the spaces with %20. Question, is the fix
already included on the coming ubuntu version 7.10?
