Bug Description
The version currently in ubuntu (1.8) makes the compilation of some project checked out from the svn failed with:
touch tmpl-build.stamp
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `tmpl/*.sgml', needed by `sgml-build.stamp'. Stop.
The version in debian (1.9) fixes the problem
