package network-manager 0.6.5-0ubuntu15 failed to install/upgrade:

I was doing a partial upgrade from the beta I downloaded a few days ago and received this error message. When it occurred, my entire system actually froze up for several minutes before I had to manually shut it down (hold down the power button).

I received the error message and tried to report it. At that point, the bug reporting tool didn't open, the upgrade manager stopped responding and within a few minutes the entire system froze.
