Bug Description

I have a system with two internal SATA drives in a RAID1 configuration, and an external drive onto which I want to install Ubuntu.
After some time I get an warning in the step "Install the base system":
file:///cdrom/pool/main/f/findutils/findutils_4.2.3.1-1_i386.deb was corrupt

and many such warnings follow. In the end the step fails and I have to abort the installation.
I can send you some logs if you like.

Regards,
Roger

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for not responding sooner. At the moment I don't have an external drive available to test with the latest release. So indeed, it's not an issue until further notice. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
