Bug Description

When i login as root a windows tells me that i'm running as root, well duh.i think it's unnecessary because the root account is disabled by default.the window should be removed or should have a "Don't show this window ever" switch.

One stupid question: Why do you want to login as root into a graphical environment? You can easily administer your system using sudo, if you want the root account to be activated, you can do everything as root using gksu (e.g starting nautilus, terminal etc).

upstream comment on the bug

"The root account isn't disabled by default everywhere, and it's really too easy
to forget that it's bad with a "don't show this window ever" checkbutton here.

WONTFIX for me, but I'm open to new arguments :-)"
