FYI: I restarted update manager after this in the same way and it (with Run -> kdesu "adept_manager --version-upgrade") and it completed sucessfully.

We are unlikely to fix a Feisty -> Gutsy upgrade issue at this point and will be doing extensive Gutsy -> Hardy testing.
