noatun does not play mp3 files

Bug Description
1. Installed noatun
2. Added a directory of .mp3 files
3. Choose plugins
4. Can not play any file!
5. Tried to click on a file in the playlist causes the "cursor bar" to quickly scroll down through remaining files to the end of the list. No sound at all.
6. Tried to play the files with amarok and mpg123 and both play them well.

The problem gets fixed by:
1. Install libarts1-mpeglib
2. Logout from kde and login again
A dependency to noatun should be added or the problem fixed some other way.
